Hostas are one of the best foliage plants for light to medium shade. This variety Hosta Wide Brim has a beautiful gold and green variegated leaves. Supplied as sections of bare roots, meaning they do not come in a pot or container but are wrapped up in a bag for protection. You plant the root sections yourself in the garden.
