SYAM CCTV System Log Book Online Hot Sale

A CCTV Log Book (A4 format with a plastic laminated cover for durability) which can be used to assist with the management of a CCTV system and eradicate or minimise penalties gained from the misuse of data under the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Logbook contains the following sections:

1. Details of the premises, the administrator and the installer s and maintenance company s details.

2. A record of the control equipment and the hardware or cloud-based system used to store the data.

3. Camera Log: all camera types, part numbers, etc. can be recorded here to simplify maintenance.

4. Incident Log: for operators to record notable incidents including date, time and location on data storage together with the details of the incident itself and what action was taken subsequently.

5. Faults and repairs.

6. Service access.

Sections 5 and 6 describe the work undertaken and specifically identify the reason for the work as this should be recorded for any person given access to the data (images).

The CCTV LB30 is ideal for cafe s, restaurants, retail shops, pubs, night clubs, service stations and any other location where a CCTV system is recording images of members of the public.

 The CCTV LB30 can be used to record the maintenance of systems with ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) but does not include any of the documentation for the ANPR process itself.
