To be sniffed directly into the nostrils in powder form or if using in oil form, can be dropped directly into the nostrils (with head tilted back) or directly onto the tongue.
Also used to assist in Ruqyah treatment.
It can also be administered by mixing 1 teaspoonful with warm water and consumed daily or burned on a coal (like an incense), in a closed room bedroom around 1 hour before sleeping.
